“If I had my time over I would do the same again, so would any man who dares call himself a man.”

Nelson Mandela made that statement in November 1962 after being convicted to 5 years of hard labor.

A friend asked me what I would do differently if I could change anything about past and I can comfortably say nothing.  Every blemish against my reputation, disappointment, sleepless night and every moment that made me question myself, made me who I am today.

I can honestly say I'm proud of who I am and without those dark experiences that left me searching for the light at the end of the tunnel; I wouldn't have found the light inside myself.

RIP Nelson Mandela
